As a Project Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of marketing campaigns across development and leasing projects. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and project teams, you’ll help bring projects to life through smart strategies, creative campaigns and seamless brand execution.

Your day will be hands-on and varied — from digital campaigns and creative agency coordination, to managing collateral, events and lead generation. You’ll also contribute to national marketing initiatives, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand and delivers an outstanding customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactical plans to support project sales and leasing campaigns.
  • Manage marketing activities including digital, CRM, events, competitor analysis and campaign reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver innovative marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Ensure all marketing collateral, websites, and display suites reflect brand excellence and enhance customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
  • 2–5 years’ marketing experience, ideally in property development, real estate, or a related industry.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and detail-driven approach.
  • Highly skilled in digital marketing, CRM, and Microsoft Office, with InDesign/Photoshop a plus.
