Working closely with the Head of Property, you will:
- Administer and manage leasing documentation including offers, disclosure statements, heads of agreement and lease contracts.
- Track and manage renewals, rent reviews, expiries and key lease milestones.
- Ensure all required compliance documents (leases, guarantees, insurance, certificates) are completed prior to occupancy.
- Maintain and enhance the leasing management system, ensuring accuracy and usability.
- Provide leasing support for new openings, relocations, surrenders and renewals.
- Coordinate with landlords, agents, solicitors and internal teams to ensure timely execution of agreements.
- Support compliance with sector regulations, Retail Leases Acts, and licensing requirements.
We are looking for a motivated leasing or property administrator who brings:
- Experience in lease administration, property management or legal documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage critical dates and compliance obligations.
- Knowledge of leasing legislation and/or licensing frameworks (advantageous but not essential).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise across landlords, agents, solicitors and internal teams.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
