The Role
Reporting into the Managing Director, your role will be broad, hands on and include:
- Lead and Manage a small accounting team
- Manage financial reporting and forecasting for Hotel portfolio
- Oversee monthly and quarterly asset performance reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax obligations
- Liaise with external auditors and advisors during year-end review and statutory audit processes
- Assist in managing finance and compliance obligations
- Enhance asset-level reporting processes and procedures
- Investor reporting and analysis
- CA or CPA qualified
- 5–8 years' experience in asset management finance roles within the property sector
- Strong analytical and Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
