The Role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, the position is responsible for operational finance for a portfolio of fund and investment vehicles. Responsibilities include:
-review monthly reporting deliverables, including property and trust level management accounts for fund entities.
-prepare/review quarterly investor reporting for fund entities
-cashflow management, quarterly loan compliance reporting and interest payments for fund entities
-coordinate and liaise with external parties including auditors and corporate and tax agents
-management of annual audit process including review of audited financial statements and annual tax filing.
-handle related matters for fund set up including incorporation of entities, opening bank accounts, investor onboarding and application of tax incentives.
-manage fund operational matters including capital calls and distributions
The Person
You will be CA/CPA qualified and have 6 + years of experience working at the fund level in a broad, hands on role. Your ability to work collaboratively and take initiative will ensure your success in this role.
