The Role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, the role includes;
-lead and manage a team of Project/Development Accountants
-responsible for all aspects of project reporting and analysis
-feasibility analysis models for new acquisitions
-maintain project cashflow for the business
-monthly management reporting packs including KPI's
-responsible for all aspects of project funding including corporate injections, bank and non-bank facilities
-financial accounting and statutory reporting for projects
-assist all finance aspects of settlement process
-continuous improvement
The Person
You will be CA/CPA qualified with proven experience in the property development sector. Your experience as a collaborative leader and the ability to think commercially will ensure your success in this role.
