Sitting in the CFO Office, you’ll work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CFO and provide hands-on support to the Finance leadership team—including the Group Treasurer, Head of Tax, and Head of Financial Performance. You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly across team operations, events, internal comms, and strategic admin projects.

You’ll be involved in:
- Coordinating diaries, travel, agendas and papers for senior stakeholders
- Planning and executing team events, quarterly planning sessions and CFO Town Halls
- Supporting onboarding, recruitment admin, and culture initiatives
- Assisting with reports, pre-read packs, project documentation and compliance tracking
- Managing team inboxes, calendars and internal communications
- Driving internal process improvement and solving operational hiccups as they arise
- A strong administrator or team assistant with experience supporting senior leaders
- Highly organised, tech-savvy and confident across MS Office (especially Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- A natural communicator—someone who builds trust quickly and manages stakeholders with professionalism and warmth
- Previous experience in financial services or a corporate environment preferred
- Someone who brings energy, initiative, and a can-do attitude to their work every day
