This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and polished Executive Assistant to join their Sydney office on a 3-month temp contract. Supporting a senior leadership team within their Real Estate division, you’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate international travel, handle sensitive communications and play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively manage complex diaries, appointments, and senior stakeholder meetings
- Coordinate international and domestic travel itineraries and logistics
- Organise video/teleconferences across global time zones
- Monitor inboxes, screen calls, and manage sensitive correspondence
- Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams locally and globally
- Prepare expenses and provide support on ad hoc projects and events
- Collaborate closely with a team of EAs to ensure seamless coverage and support
- 6 + years’ experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments
- A background in investment, finance, or professional services highly regarded
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
- Discretion, integrity, and a proactive mindset
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Available immediately for a 3-month commitment
