Join a globally renowned investment bank that leads the way in the financial services industry. With a legacy built on innovation and excellence, this prestigious institution is known for its strategic vision and dynamic approach to the markets. As a trusted partner to corporations, institutional investors, and governments worldwide, this bank shapes the financial landscape on a global scale. If you thrive in a high-performance environment that fosters growth, challenges the status quo, and rewards exceptional talent, this is the place for you.

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and highly professional Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of this global investment bank. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in the smooth operation of the executive office, providing essential administrative support in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. As the EA to the COO, you will be the go-to person for managing multiple priorities, coordinating key meetings and events, and ensuring the executive team is well-prepared and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the COO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and correspondence for senior stakeholders.
  • Manage the COO’s workflow by prioritising and organising meetings, projects, and appointments.
  • Act as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives in the financial services or investment banking sector.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A calm and professional attitude, even under pressure.
What You’ll Bring:
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders and working in a fast-paced environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an elite team within a prestigious investment bank. If you are a dynamic, highly organised individual, we’d love to hear from you.
