In this role, you’ll be the right hand to a team of sharp minds, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From juggling complex diaries and organising global travel to being the go-to for anything admin-related — you’ll be at the heart of it all. You’ll also work closely with a supportive EA cohort who’ve got each other’s backs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning busy calendars and coordinating meetings across time zones
- Booking travel and accommodation (domestic and international – think business-class level logistics)
- Managing confidential documents, reports, expenses and filing with precision
- Setting up board and portfolio meetings, and keeping all the moving parts on track
- Supporting IT needs and working with external tech providers (hello, Zoom and Teams)
- Ordering catering, managing coffee runs and making the office a great place to be
- Helping out with confidentiality agreements and internal registers
- Jumping in wherever needed — you're the type who gets things sorted before they're even asked
- Updating the company website and keeping content fresh
You’ll bring experience supporting senior leaders, a love for organisation, and a calm, get-it-done attitude. Bonus points if you're tech-savvy, resourceful and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed .

- Has great communication skills and knows their way around Microsoft Office and video tech
