We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Integration Architect with deep Azure integration expertise to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise-wide integration solutions.
This role requires a strong balance of technical proficiency, strategic vision, and business acumen. You will be responsible for defining integration roadmaps, developing high-quality architecture artefacts, and working closely with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure that integration solutions align with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the enterprise integration strategy and roadmap, aligning with business and IT objectives.
- Deliver end-to-end solution architectures, detailed design documents, and reference architectures using Azure Integration Services (API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, etc.).
- Engage with business leaders to translate strategic goals into integration solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Work hands-on when needed, guiding technical teams in building scalable, secure, and resilient integration solutions.
- Document integration patterns, governance models, and architecture standards.
- Lead technical design workshops, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and provide architectural oversight across multiple initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with data, security, and enterprise architecture domains.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to development and project teams, and support delivery assurance.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture within complex enterprise environments.
- Proven experience delivering integration solutions using Azure Integration Services(e.g., Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Azure Functions, Event Grid).
- Strong experience developing integration strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to engage business stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills – capable of producing clear, actionable, and high-quality design and strategy documents.
- Background in enterprise-grade system integration including ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms, legacy systems, and APIs.
- Sound knowledge of architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Strong understanding of security, data flows, and performance considerations in integration.
- Experience in Agile, hybrid, or SAFe delivery environments.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Integration Services certifications).
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines related to integration platforms.
