A Brief Overview
As an Enterprise AE, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth by building and expanding strategic relationships with the largest players in real estate. You’ll be responsible for full-cycle enterprise sales, from sourcing and qualifying new opportunities to closing high-value deals and nurturing long-term partnerships.
Your Accountabilities:
- Driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers across varying sales cycles (~12-18 months).
- Leverage existing relationships (from yourself and the established business) to open doors, begin conversations, and build strong relationships.
- Create detailed sales plans across territories, timeframes, and enterprises to increase market share.
- Working with the wider Sales team across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane to ensure strategies are aligned and leads are leveraged.
- Guiding the executives and wider business on the journey of enterprise sales.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in strategic, consultative sales and enjoys being at the forefront of change.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 4 years focused on enterprise accounts.
- Experience selling complex software solutions to real estate, construction, facilities, or related verticals is a bonus.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a hunter mindset to open doors and build trust.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in addition to experience engaging and influencing executive stakeholders.
- Ability to manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with patience and precision.
- Self-starter attitude with a bias for action and results.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
