The Role
Working within a high-performing team, the Development Manager will play a key leadership role in end-to-end delivery of initial stages of this major project.
The role will engage and lead a team of consultants and tier 1 & 2 contractors through ECI engagement, design management, tendering and oversee delivery phase of this multi-stage precinct. The project will have a genuine mix of Commercial, Sport, Retail and Residential uses giving you a unique opportunity to deliver world-class facilities.
You
The successful candidate for this role must be able to demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Property or related degree (Engineering, Design etc)
- Proven expertise in Development Management of mixed-use precincts, within complex commercial environments, multiple stakeholders and/or JV environments.
- Proven track record across multiple sectors - Residential AND Commercial/Retail/Hotels/Leisure or Hospitality.
