This leading builder is based in Sydney's CBD. Their capabilities span multiple sectors including - Defence, Hospitals, Residential, and general commercial projects.
Due to an extensive tender pipeline and newly awarded projects, our client is now recruiting for a design manager to join their existing team. This role will see you working alongside a large and highly experienced construction team across a variety of projects.

This position will require you to
- Oversee the preparation of drawings/scope of works
- Work alongside all consultants to ensure time, cost, and quality are met.
- Technical compliance
- Run design meetings
- Liaise with project teams at an operational level
- Client / Stakeholder coordination
