An exciting opportunity has become available for a commercially minded and analytically driven Corporate Finance Analyst to join a high-performing team in a growth-focused business based in Brisbane.
This role will suit someone with strong financial modelling skills and a solid grounding in corporate finance, valuations and forecasting. You’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders across the business and contributing to key strategic initiatives including acquisitions, funding, business case development, and internal valuation processes.

The Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in:
- Maintaining and enhancing integrated financial models (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)
- Supporting valuation processes, both internal and external across the asset portfolio
- Contributing to due diligence, feasibility modelling and scenario analysis for acquisitions and developments
- Assisting with monthly board reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking
- Managing relationships with debt financiers and overseeing covenant compliance
- Providing strategic analysis to support investment decisions and business planning
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5+ years’ experience in corporate finance, M&A, valuations or financial modelling
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to distil complex data into meaningful insight
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work directly with executive stakeholders
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar (CA/CPA/CFA advantageous)
- Advanced Excel skills and ideally experience with Estate Master or similar development feasibility tools
