Overview:
- Paying $55-68ph + super
- Temp contract to commence ASAP for 4-6months, an extension may be possible
- Working Monday-Friday, 37.5hrs per week
- Location: Greenacre (a flexible/hybrid working arrangement can be accommodated once training is completed)
- Staff parking is available onsite
- Reason for vacancy: to cover internal leave commitments where this incumbent has stepped up
- A handover, training and ongoing support will be provided from the recent incumbent
Key Accountabilities:
- Reviewing BGIS documentation/claims ensuring they are as per contract agreements and ready for invoicing.
- Participate in desk-top reviews and report findings to activate necessary.
- Interpret and explain contract requirements, and terms and conditions to stakeholder to support compliance.
- Monitoring performance and addressing non-performance, to achieve the required contract outcomes.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder and supplier relationships.
