Due to an increased workload and internal promotions, our client is now recruiting for an experienced contract administrator or senior contract administrator to join their team.
This role will see you working alongside industry experts in the heavy refurb/luxury fit-out space and offers excellent career prospects for candidates that are looking to work with a progressive builder that offers training, development and internal promotions.
Requirements for this role include:
- Relevant degree/industry training
- Luxury retail and/or large structural refurbishment experience on projects over $10Mil
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Sound knowledge of COSTX / Jobpac or Cheops
- The ability to liaise and coordinate large teams of tier-one sub-contractors
