Immediate requirement for an experienced contract administrator to work with a dynamic, vibrant, and reputable fit-out contractor.
Our client is a specialised D&C Commercial Fit Out that operates in Victoria and New South Wales on projects ranging from $400k to $ 5 million.
Due to business growth and future pipeline projects, they are now looking to recruit an additional contract administrator for their NSW team. You will be working with a senior management team with over 60 years of industry experience, who pride themselves on a strong company culture, commitment to work-life balance, and delivering high-quality projects through both D&C and Construct only.
Key requirements for this role
* Negotiating and letting of contracts
* Progress reports and claims
* Work with the project team
* Conduct site visits to gather relevant information
* Maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors
