The Opportunity:
As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full commercial lifecycle of the project. You will oversee complex financial modelling, negotiate key commercial agreements, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders to drive project success. This role requires a strategic thinker with a sharp commercial mind and outstanding relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead detailed financial modelling and commercial analysis.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximise project value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies, consultants, and partners.
- Manage commercial negotiations and contractual arrangements.
- Provide high-level commercial advice to the senior leadership team.
- Monitor and report on financial performance against key commercial objectives.
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
- Proven experience in commercial management within large-scale property developments, ideally mixed-use.
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Excellent commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
