Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage civil design projects from concept through to detailed documentation, ensuring compliance with Australian standards and best practices.
- Civil 3D Implementation: Lead the adoption, implementation, and ongoing improvement of Civil 3D workflows within the business, supporting the team to maximise efficiency and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with architects, developers, builders, and government authorities to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee the preparation of civil engineering drawings, reports, and documentation, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance design processes, leveraging technology and innovative thinking to drive project success.
