About the Role
The Industrial Occupier Services team is seeking a National Analyst to join their Sydney office.
Working closely with the team’s Directors, you’ll build your skillset and gain exposure to a wide range of national and multinational occupiers (and landlords) across Australia’s industrial property markets.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to deepen your knowledge not only of the industrial real estate sector, but also in the areas of supply chain, automation, and location intelligence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the preparation of submission documentation for new business opportunities
- Supporting the management of client (tenant-focused) portfolios, including:
- Portfolio and asset analysis
- Strategy development
- Transaction management
- Reporting
- Financial modelling
- Preparing property market and nodal reports across regional and metro areas
- Keeping up to date with all industrial listings and transactions

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a real estate environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends from research data
- Experience with information memorandums and submissions.
- Financial modelling experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
