The Opportunity
As Administration Manager, you will provide essential administrative and lease management support to the Centre Management team. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate lease data, financial administration, and effective communication with tenants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain lease registers and tenancy schedules, ensuring data accuracy
- Coordinate the end-to-end lease administration process
- Oversee lease assignments, including applications, approvals, and execution
- Proactively manage debtor collections and maintain accurate records
- Assist with financial administration including outgoings audits, purchase orders, and invoicing
You are an organised and proactive administrator with strong attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships across stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative team environment and bring experience managing lease or financial administration within property or a similar industry.
