Demi has successfully worked across all three levels of government for 10yrs, having individually recruited over 800 professionals and leaders into the public service. As a Generalist Government Recruiter, she boasts experience of placing; Executives, Corporate Services staff (Finance, IT, Procurement & Governance), Change/Transformation, Project Managers, Planners and Office Support staff. She has managed complex retained assignments including Executive Search appointments, lead bulk recruitment campaigns state-wide, and supported clients with upcoming restructures. Demi has a passion for providing quality outcomes for her clients, whilst ensuring a positive applicant experience is demonstrated throughout. She boasts a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honours, in Business & Human Resources.
